hey, i weigh about 130 and i want to get down to at least 110! i love shopping and when i go with my friends its bad because all of my friends are very skinny and we cant share clothes or anything. I have absolutly no self-confidence! i dont like my body at all. I love the summer and the beach but i hate to be wearing a bathing suit. I dont own any equipment or weights. i need advice on how to lose weight and what kind of foods i should eat and stay away from. any info would help! thanks

Hey grrl I read wut ur deal was and im goin through the same thing you are. To be honest with you your not really overweight. I weigh about 137 but i sure as hell look like i weigh more. I used to weigh 150 but i lost it within 2 months. If you want to you should do sit ups every night i wouldnt do anymore than 100. and lift weights. So pretty much what im sayin is if you work out that will do it and also i dont know if u drink pop but if you do you should stop cuz that right there is easy weight to lose! Well ill try to keep up with ya but i hope i helped u somewhat
