Hey y'all I was just goin through websites cuz i wanna find a diet that will help me and i just so happend ran into this. I figured i might as well try gettin advice her. but anyways im 5'4 and i weigh 137. I know that im not over weight but im not comfortable with my body and thats what matters. If anybody knows anything that will help me get down to about 110 please let me know if not its alright Thanks!

hi i think you should be more active and eat more vegetables and fruits and instead of the carbs . just remember this a moment on the lips a life time on the hips.

don't diet- change your eating habits for life. eat more fruits and veggies- less simple carbs like processed sugars and white bread. fdrink more water and above all EXERSIZE!!!!
