wat can i do to lose 10lbs in a month and 30lbs in 3 months (obviously 10lbs a month lol) ne suggestions or advice? thx

hey wuz up well i think you should workout for about 30 minutes a day or 15 min. for a morning work out and 15 min. for a after noon work out(not too late maybe around 4:00 - 5:00) eat rite (veggies,fruits drink plenty of water bout 8 oz twice daily.

my advice to you is try to excersise at least 30 minutes daily and stay away from junkfoods and eat more fruits and vegetables just remember this saying a moment on the lips a life time on the hips. luv ya from jenny

exersize everyday for 30-60min, but give your body a rest for a day every couple of days so your muscles can heal. eat more fruits and veggies and less processed foods and simple sugars(like white bread and plain processed sugar such as candy). eat less sodium and a little less calories- try to build muscle to build up your metabolism- alternate cardio and weight lifting and eat a lot of protien. you'll lose fat, gain mucle, lose weight and keep it offf. the most important thing to remember is to keep the lifestyle changes!
