hey yall i am looking for advice on how to loose weight right now i weigh 160 and i really want 2 loose 40 poundsi really need some tips on how to loose it and how to keep it up cuz i tried dieting before and i didn't stick to it so please some one help!!! i would really appreciate it

well you can go for a long brisk walk everyday try to get one of those pedometer things that measures the steps u take everyday and try to take 10,000 steps per day also drinki lots of water and resist cravings for junk food eat fruit and vegetables and lean meats such as steak,chicken and such.get ur mum to help you out.! plz help me with my problem below yours . maybe we could be diet buddys! email me on katie_sherlock13@hotmail.com
