Hey guys, I wanna be in a size 6 or all the way to a 9 I dont know? I weigh 190 and I would like to be 135. I think that is a good weight for me. When I weigh 135 I am going to start lifting weights so I can build up my arms and legs. I plan to go on a diet with my family. Dose any one know what diet i should go on??? We need one that will work. Please Help me???

just cut junk of our diet, drink more water and less servings buy more healthy food. if you have to create a diet of your own that you know you can live with
