In the winter, fruits and vegetables are hard to eat. They are cold, full of liquid/juice, and aren't very satisfying or anything. Plus they make me cold. Then I end up eating breads, crackers and cheese, granola bars, and other less-healthy stuff. Is there any way to overcome that?

Those are the only ones that taste good all year around. I also eat a lot of carrots and celery, becuase they are absloutly no calories, except a few. Also, go to the market with your mom or dad and take a look around! Ud be surprised at all the new foods you can find. Good luck!!!
