I have a question. i want to lose about 20 lbs or so before June 1. i am in 11 th grade and in lunch i only eat a LITTLE bit of salad, fat free dressing and an apple. Could that help me lose weight. or is that too little to eat.

Like for lunch today I had a 1/2 a ppj, a orange, mini carrots and a cup of kix. And I measured everything out to add up to 500 calories. Then you have people that only eat a bagel, twix and a gatorate and its over 700 calories!!
