yeh u have 2 have more calories because wen u loose the weight and begin to eat more u will put the weight back on because u have slowed ur metabloism. aim for about 1300/1400 a day at the very least. but keep up all the exercise!!!

you are hurting your body by eating that little with all of that activity. you need to eat at least 1200-1500

You need to be eating AT LEAST 1200 cals a day. Your metabolism will slow down, otherwise. Good Luck!

yah the bread is low cal only 30 calories a slice! and the turkey is 30 so yeah

Hey, I think what your eating is fabulous. I just think some of the things you ate is more calories then what you said. Like your lunch. But I could be wrong. Either way, you look like your on track and congrats.
