PLEASE TELL ME HOW I DID TODAY....breakfast-1 bowl of honey bunches of oats with skim milk....lunch-chicken and fries :x then dinner-soup (70 cals)...i think i make a salad with chicken in it bc im hungry..for exersize i did 800 crunches...diff sides and diff angles...and i ran 1.2 miles up and down the stairs at my school....i also had dance for 2 hours non stop bc we have competition coming up...OH i had an apple today too!
