i actually need some help. im about 192 lbs. i just cant find a routine that works for me. can anyone share some advice. im glad i found this site because im so tired of only being able to discuss these things and have to pay for plans that dont work, which i have yet to do, but still......

You can take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk and pace around, do leg lifts and crunches while sitting at your desk, do excersizes while talking on the telephone or watching TV, put on some music and clean your room or something. There's lots of things you can do! Yay! Good luck!

Reply from anne, Age 17 - 01/05/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx get some fun tapes to do that really push you(they do cost money but i'm sure you can get your parents to buy them) i like taebo a lot. then just wake up a little early every morning and before you even have the chance of talking yourself out of exersizing=pop in that tape! after that just eat less of what you do now and try to eat better quality foods...
