Hey yall, I weigh 160lbs and I am like 5'2"...I really want to lose that weight, but I keep putting it off,I usually like to go jogging, but only on weekends. If I jog more often, and portion my meals, will I lose weight?

You can't keep putting it off. If you want to lose weight, start today, start NOW. Intead of reaching for a can of soda, get a glass of water. Instead of sitting in front of the tv for two hours, go for a walk. Every little bit counts. Yes, if you jog more and cut portions, you WILL lose weight. Jogging on weekends only is NOT enough exercise!! You need to be doing 3-5 times per week.
