I was wondering if i only eat like 1200 calories if that is to less. should i eat around like 1500 calories? could i still lose alot of weight. with exercise please write back

just as long as you are eating healthy you should be fine i don't worry about calories i just eat healthy

just go between 1200-1500 and exersize- and yes you will lose weight. you could take it 1200 one day or 1500 the next and 1400 the day after- really, they're all good goals- don't confine yourself so much...
