DID I DO OKAY TODAY?!?! 1 bowl of instant oatmeal....1 bowl of cereal....1 serving of chicken....a turkey sandwich....1 bite of a power bar....i ran 1.5 miles of stairs at school for cheerleading (sprinting up, jogging down) and did 20 minutes of abs...and had tumbling/dance for 2 hours
