ok well i just found this site an i think its great so decided to put my bit in here. im 5'2 and weigh 134, ive never really been extremely fat but always a chubby or slightly heavy girl. due to this since i was 13 i startd diets, but i bever kept them, or did them well.....i started fresh a new diet made by muah, and so far its the 3rd day and ive been doing great....eating breakfeast (fruit) snack (fruit) and an early dinner(goes along the line of tuna or chicken with veggies, while i drink tons of water all day. i feel the inches, no pounds yet, but its early in the game, oh yea and after school i skate home....so thats a 7 mile ride home in the sun with my books.....any advice?? .....im going to keep updating my progress

hey thats a great idea on the skating! that should give you a really good workout...good luck!
