I have a problem with modivation. I mean, the work I can do, Im not too lazy or anything like that. It's just I can't keep motivated, I always think "oh well screw this" is there anyone that can give me suggestions. I've tryed telling myself " think how much it'll pay off" Nothing seems to work. Please help. Thank you!

don't weigh yourself everyday as jocelyn said- it'll discourage you because your body weight will naturally fluctuate throughout the week...

Hey hun I know exactly what you mean I was like that for the longest time. It takes time to get motivation but i have a few suggestions. Look through magazines and find girls who have the body that you want. Someone who doesnt look too skinny ya know? Models aren't something you want to look like way too skinny and gross looking. put the picture on your wall or look at it every day. Another thing you could do is every morning or night make yourself a list of what you want to accomplish and when you do it make sure you write it down and save it. at the end of every week review what you got accomplished. and if you want to challenge yourself to do more or just continue to do your routine weigh yourself every day and everytime you even lose a pound that should get u motivated as well. Just remember that even if you dont feel like youve accomplished something you really have and you should never give up im here for ya if ya need me aight?? goodluck!!
