I am overweight for my age and I am 167lbs ,5'0..I am taking Personal Fitness this semester and we are starting to do 2 miles a day!..I have only been in that class for 2 days. Today was my first day to run the track..On the second lap I felt horriable..I do smoke and thats one of the probs i need to fix. I want to be active and stop smoking!..I need advice on how to stop smoking and be fit!*Thanks*

well this replay has been repeated number of times on this site...Dirnk lost of water while in personal fitness and layoff the junk foods =p

chew gum instead... of smoking... maybe that will help...
