This is true - per ice cube your body uses up 40calories. there is 3500cals to 1lbs and 14lbs to a stone so if you work eat out you could try eating a few ice cubes regularly and lose the weight that way. 3500/40=87.5(thats how many you need to eat to lose 1lbs 87.5*14= 1225 =1stone (Your body loses the calories through your body having to melt the ice) Also if you eat 175 ice cubes per day for 7 days you will lose 1stone(thats if you have a balanced diet(5fruit/veg 8glasses of water per day!) sorry for the essay but i hope it helps!

Just choose the right foods. NO junk food. Just eat healthy foods. It is really self-explanitory. Ur exercises will be great. How much do you weight by the way??? LOL Hoped I helped!! ~jenna~
