man- i've been so bloated lately- i feel really fat- but i've done great since new years and i'm not giving up any time soon. i've just completed my 4th firm workout. here's my exersize for this week so far: sunday- the firm total sculpt plus abs, monday: nothing in particualr(rest day) Tuesday:The firm maximum cardio burn plus abs, wednesday: 25 minutes lower body yoga, thursday: the firm complete aerobics and weight training. i'm not sure what i'm going to do for friday, but saturday i will do total sculpt and sunday will be my weigh in and rest day(it will also be my 18th birthday!!!!!)i haven't binged since new years, but i haven't been doing my best either. the past two day i've been doing better though adding up to about 1500 cals. not bad. i know i can stick to this because it's reasonable and i'm not feeling discouraged one bit...i hope everyone else is doing well!

i think that is great. Since I have been doing the denise austin workouts I feel great!! Good luck!!!! By the way, did you lose any weight yet??? ~jenna~

oh yeah- and all of the firm workouts are 60 minutes in length...
