hi!!k so last year i went to cancun for spring break w/ my sis adn felt super fat.. since then i've lost 15 lbs.. i can tell in my clothes , but i ca'nt tell in my swimsuit really!!! i want it to show cuz my boyfriend and i are going again this year!! AHHH =) but yeah how can i lose another 10 lbs or how much mroe do u think it'll take to show?? i want to lose 10 lbs at least in a month and a half.. but its the " LAST 10 POUNDS" and seroiusly.. no matter waht i switch up it wont come off!! it seem slike the only thing that works is having two meals.. bf and lunhc.. and like one small snack! i know thats bad bu ti still get 1200 cals.. oterhwise i wake up feeling bloated if i have a lg. dinner.. and the weight seems tos tay on. any other advice? thanks so much-

eat healthily -5portions fruit/veg per day 8 glasses of water also try ot to eat your main meal after 6pm as this can cause your metabolism to slow down(causing weight gain) and only eat fruit/fruit juice after 6pm if you are still hungry. Hope this helps
