hey guys, i lost another pound today..i started with 200 crunches and add 100 everynight or so...i have worked my way up to 300 crunches and now totight...after the OC of coarse im gonna do 400...and i had basketball today and eat about 1000 calories a day...but im not hungrey so i am eating alot i just got like low cal stuff like bread 35 cals per slice...and that like 100 cal sandwhich if u know what i mean...
