Yeah...um. I feel like im really overweight (I kno im not THAT bad geez) but like, I feel my class is full of models, and I got stuck as the models overweight pet poodle. (note: I am not as cute as a poodle :P) I want 2 lose weight...but I get really depressed if I dun see automatic results and I feel worse. A couple of my friends are around the same size as me, and one recently lost a ton of wieght. (She was 2 sick 2 eat 4 a week, and lost so much weight! She looked GORGEOUS!) How do I kick the extra flab??

Well you could try planning your meals and exersize but don't think of losing weight just focus on becoming healthy. That's my goal for this new year is to be more healthy in everyway I can physically, spirtually, mentally, emotionally and all that good stuff. I have always had weight problems since I was young but I finally got it through my head that looks don't matter it's your personality and health that gives you a longer more enjoyable life.
