Hi, my name is Brittany and I live in Florida. i am 5"4 and I weigh 203 punds!!! i am very self-consience and I don't like to be social because of my weight. i'm not sure what foods I should be eating? Everyday I wake up and tell myself I'm not going to snack and I'm going to exercise but when I come home from school I just don't do either one. what shpould I do to motivate me to start being healthier?

Okay, um a good motivator I find is that, if you dont excersize, you wont get any better. And if that doesnt work, think about what EXACTLY is in each of the unhealthy snacks you see. Thats SURE to throw your carings out the window.
