HEY! I HAVE A GREAT WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT! ITS EASY! You know how they say that our brain confuses our hunger and thirst sometimes? well, when you've already aten dinner and want to have that extra helping of pizza 10 minutes later, just take a tiny pinch of salt and eat it, and you'll be so thirsty, and NOT HUNGRY! and then you'll get fille up with water! And I know salt isn't healthy, but im not saying do it 2-3 times an hour, only do it twice a day if you're struggling! Don't do it alot! HOW DOES THAT SOUND?

Huh that sounds interesting but I'll try it for a day and see how it works out. If it doesn't it won't be that big of a deal. I do need to drink more maybe I'll get in the habit of drinking more. Thanxs I'll try that!

I wouldn't recomend that. Why not just get a glass of water anyhow?
