Hi, I'm new here! I'm not really overweight, but I'm 5"1 and weigh 135 pounds. Since September, I have lost 5 pounds and I'm not sure how. The highest weight I have ever been was 145. When I did the weight calculator it said most people my age are usually around 81-119 pounds. Does anyone have and adive on how I could lose 15-20 pounds? In June the whole 8th grade is going on a field trip to a waterpark. I want to go, but I don't want to wear a bathing suit in front of everyone if I'm the same weight as I am now. Another problem I have is that I have NO self confidence. I'm very shy and get nervous around people I don't know. Please let me know if you have any advice or dieting tips.

I've tried to, but I never stay on a diet long enough of exercise enough. Does anyone have any advice?

i weight exactly the same and im 5'2. i know how u feel cuz people think your not overweight, the truth is you are okay but you are at risk for being overweight so just lose 10 pounds and youll be fine

i think that u are at a perfect weight. u don't want to get too skinny, then it won't look right: good luck
