k seroiusly i dont know why im gaining lb after lb.. iw as doing SO good.. im eatting exactly the same 1200 cals, excersizign the same as when i lost it.. but now im like slowly gaining it back... AHHH i need to lose 10 by end of feb!! help!!!

its just a thought but you might be eating less then 1200 calories and when that happens you tend to gain more weight try and eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies.. i have lots more tips you need some IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO.. abbz*

i agree with what Jaci said. muscle does weigh lots more than fat does..so you may be gaining muscle..you never know. one thing you can do its do your normal routines, but say about every 2 weeks test yourself to see if you have gotten better (if you are still putting on pounds) cuz then that shows you that you are building muscle which will make you feel good.

Hey Kaley...remember that muscle weights more then fat does... if your scale is tellin u you're gaining weight it might not be fat, it is probably muscle
