hey I am 14 and 5'6'' I weight 175lbs. I sure do need to lose weight. I want to be in shape by 3quarter when I get back into P.E. because I can never where shorts and feel embarassed to show my legs but I know I could if they weren't so HUGE! I really need to work out my butt, hips, and legs, all my fat goes to them. It sucks! SO if anyone has any sugestions please let me know ASAP!!! Thanxs~Syd

buy some workout tapes. They work. I lost 5 lbs already. They are great!!!!!!! And I started last week. I have the Denise Austin kickboxing workout and kickboxing with weights. They are fun but challenging!!!I weigh 210 lbs. Try it, also eat healthier!! ~jenna~
