yesterday i woke up and had juice and a bowl of cereal...for lunch i had a protein drink and a power bar...for dinner i had 2 slices of pizza...i drank water and juice all day

hey.. eating that for a deit isnt going to help you loose weight a protein drink and power bar are soppost to be like two meals.. and that would be a lot of sugar..cause i have looked and there is like 20 grams of sugar for like one power bar... and also drinking juice is def. not good for you unless it is made from a juicer other then that dont drink it cause it can make you gain lots of weight..pizza is not the best food for you.. having it once in a while is fine tho.. and have about 5+ fruits and veggies a day.. and exercise.. and they have this stuff called crystal light if you love juice and it has no sugar and only 5 cals. it tastes great too .. i drink it all the time cause i love juice ..lol.. well if you need anymore tips cause i have lots jsut IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO.. abbz*
