how does this soundbf- cerel and milk= 150 callunch- low cal bread/turkey 130 cal - wheat thins= 130 calsnake- popcicle=80 caldinner? dont know yet how does that sound

You need to eat more calories or your body will go into starvation mode and convert almost all of your calorie intake to fat. Eat fruit/veges with lunch, and some sort of meat/fish/vegetable with supper. A Popsicle is just sugar-water, bad for you and not filling.
