Why is it that when you're sick, you get days where you eat constantly and lose weight and some days when you don't feel like eating at all and lose more? Yesterday I had a bad sore throat, so I made pudding cheesecake with cherry topping and ate 2 slices, with a hamburger at lunch, half a Ben and Jerry's ice cream, and a TON of other junk food.... and didn't gain anything. Does your body use alot more calories fighting off illness?
