I lost 7 lbs b4 chrismtas but it mostly all back again! I really baddly need to loose weight but i dont knwo how! Tell me what excersizes to do and what to eat please i am 5"4 and i weight 155 lb please help please please please

okay, this is what you do, lay on you side, and put your top leg over the leg on the bottum, and lift your bottum leg like 50 times, do this to each side, it seriously works!!! Good luck
