Reply from abby*, Age 12 - 01/16/05 - IP#: 24.58.216.xxx You can loose it if you put your mind to it.. and make sure you stick to healthy eating and dont say "ok im going to start my diet tomorrow"... because when i did that i just gained more weight..i lost 20 pounds in just one month all i did was eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week. try finding something that you like for exercising and change the exercise quite a bit or else you will get bored...and try eating lots of fruits and veggies to replace Junk food...and have smaller porsions... also drink atleast 3 cups of water or milk a day it will help you loose the weight.. i know that you can do it...I wish you the best of luck i have lots more tips or if you have anymore quetions and if you have a screename IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO or email me on sadams4@twcny.rr.com *abby*
Reply from Lauren, Age 15 - 01/07/05 - IP#: 62.254.0.xxx Cut out fizzy sugary drinks, cut out fast food, tr to eat less carbs (bred pasta potatoes etc) eat 5+ fruit/veg, drink 6-8 glasses of water per day keep off of the sweets aswell if you doa ll of this and exercise then you will lose weight. if you feel hungry and want to snakc on a chocolate bar, motivate yourself into thinking that you want to change your body and make it eat fruit.
