| Cut out fizzy sugary drinks, cut out fast food, tr to eat less carbs (bred pasta potatoes etc) eat 5+ fruit/veg, drink 6-8 glasses of water per day keep off of the sweets aswell if you doa ll of this and exercise then you will lose weight. if you feel hungry and want to snakc on a chocolate bar, motivate yourself into thinking that you want to change your body and make it eat fruit.
