hey everyone! i just came across this site! it looks neat and im gonna keep coming on here! anyway..here is my story. I am 15 years old. I weigh around 220-230 (it moves..hehe). I am active tho. In the summer i play on a traveling softball team, then in fall i play high school softball, winter is basketball, and spring is tennis. I think i do get quite a bit of exercise, but i cant seem to lose weight. o by the way i am 5'9. My doctors have shown me ways to cut down on food, but the truth is, is that i dont pig out all the time..well every once in a while..everyone does sometimes!!:) But i dont gorge myself..i just eat normal meals. I have been overweight all my life..i remember in kindergarten being 96 pounds. I am self councious a little. Im not an outcast at school, i hang out with lots of people, but still am not happy. does anyone have any tips for me to lose weight? We get lots of exercising in PE and basketball right now, so i dont know what my problem is. can anyone help? thanks!! my email is ashley_gass@hotmail.com if anyone wants to talk with me! that would help me some too!

It really sux bein overweight, and i am pretty active too, i am on the dance team at my school, and it is sooooo embarassing to go out and dance, because i'm sooo fat and everyone else is sooo skinny.Have you ever tried explaininn to a doctor that you don't eat alot, and you excersize alot? maybe if you do, they can give you some other ideas.
