Hi I am 1.53cm tall and i weigh 175 pounds, I have tried so many weight loss things.All i want to do is lose 44 pounds in as little time as possible. Has n e 1 got tips and is any1 in my position

Hey don't feel bad, i'm really overweight too. i weigh 177, and i'm 5'3". I tried not eating any sweets, or a limited amountof them for like a week, and doin 200 crunchesa night, and i lost like 5 pounds, but then i got depressed and started eatin junk again, and i'm back where i started. but i'm gonna try do do that again and see where i get!

you cant just lose weight over night. it comes off gradually by eatings right and exercising. cut out junk food, limit carbs, eat fruit+ veg drink 6 - 8 glasses of water.
