I really need help on loosing weight im embbarased about my weight cos i weigh 160 and im only 5"4 and im only 15. I will get bigger than my mom soon. I need to loose weight before i go to NEW YORK july.Does anyone hav ne ideas on how 2 loose about 15-20 pounds before july?

You can loose it if you put your mind to it.. and make sure you stick to healthy eating and dont say "ok im going to start my diet tomorrow"... because when i did that i just gained more weight..i lost 20 pounds in just one month all i did was eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week. try finding something that you like for exercising and change the exercise quite a bit or else you will get bored...and try eating lots of fruits and veggies to replace Junk food...and have smaller porsions... also drink atleast 3 cups of water or milk a day it will help you loose the weight.. i know that you can do it...I wish you the best of luck i have lots more tips or if you have anymore quetions and if you have a screename IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO or email me on sadams4@twcny.rr.com *abby*

Well you should weigh around 125-130. The good news is that you can easily weigh that by July. eat lots of fruits and veggies. Go running every other day. And the other days lift weights. (you need both for a succesful weightloss). Drink tons of water and cut down on the junk food. Also, buy a digital scale and weigh yourself ONCE A WEEK. Thats it. If your looseing some weight, then stick to this method and by July you'll be looking fabulous.
