ok im 5"4 i weigh 156 and i want to loose weight before july about 20 lbs. Can i do it without running?

go to a doctor and get a good healthy diet and excersize for you

another way to get more exercise without even knowing it, is during school, if you have time, take the long way to your classes. At home if you have to bring something downstairs or upstairs take one thing at a time, so that way you get to go up and down more.

yes you can definitely do it without running. exercising doesnt always mean only running. doing things like pilates helps and using weights help too. also just cut down on sugary foods and dont eat sooo much starches. good luck

you can lose weight by running at least 3 times a week. And if you like sports then stick to them. Eat half the food you eat now and usually instead of having breakfast, lunch, and dinner just have breakfast, a snack and dinner.
