Hey Im 5'4 and weigh 154 i really want to lose 40 pounds by april how do I do it without being a diet (i have tried that) and not excersising to much (i hate that)

u cant lose weight without eating healthy or excersising...the weight won't just dissapear. u hav 2 at least eat healthy 4 u 2 lose weight :). By the way, try smaller goals b 4 u go 4 40lbs...otherwise u might get discouraged during the process. Start with about 10lbs, and work your way up . :)

to lose 40 pounds by april you are really going to have to work at it. You cant just say im going to lose 40 lbs and it magically disappears. You are going to have to get on an exercise routine that works everything and eat no more fast food, or just junk food in general. Also dont drink soda and that helps.

well gurly,if you think you can lose weight by not excercizing or dieting think again.if you need help stiking to a diet go to the doctor and hell giv ya a good diet and good excersicez for you

i think 40 pounds is too much to loose, maybe try 31-34 pounds. don't worry- but exercising can be soooo much fun, and also you don't need to diet, just make healthier chooses! good luck!

look, you need to eat healthy and exersize- everyone does-even skinny people who don't need to lose weight! it's part of living a healthy life. and you can't lose weight without exersize and cutting back on junk, sorry. unless you have thousands of dollars and don't mind sugury. i would suggest liposuction(sp?) good luck...

well thas kind of impossible really! exercise doesnt mean running miles, it can mean walking for 30min 3 times per week ect without dieting you can lose weight because you cant lose weight with just exercise either both have to be applied.
