hey! does anyone have any diets/exercises that works well for them? if you do please reply to this and tell me how much you've lost and how long..etc. I am 15 yrs old, 230lbs and 5'9..thanks!!
Reply from ashley!, Age 15 - 01/09/05 - IP#: 206.222.221.xxx just to let everyone know..i do exercise. I'm on my school JV basketball team and im on a traveling basketball team. In the spring I do tennis, summer is traveling softball and fall is highschool softball. Then on weekends when i have nothing i run on the treadmill and do some weights. Im sure you guys thought im lazy but im not. I think i have alot of muscle so maybe thats why i weigh so much because i dont look like i weigh 230..i dont think.

Reply from Jessica, Age 13 - 01/08/05 - IP#: 67.137.76.xxx ok...well,i used to weigh 137...i weigh 130 now..and im 13,here is what me and my family do..first u have to exercise!!! that is a given...this is our workout plan,u might wanna try it!!! here it is: do one day cardio,next weights,next cardio,next weights..work out 5-7 days a week...ur cardio days u r gonna get on a tredmill for 20 mins,walk about 5 mins to start,then run at a really high speed for 30 secs,walk a 1:30 run 30 secs...so on..on ur weight days,do a warm up of 5 mins on tred mill,low speed..then set up a plan yourself like work you abs and arms one day and then another part of ur body ur next weight days...then get on the tredmill and go on for 15 mins...then!! for u diet...im not a real diet,im cutting back..a diet is basically no bad food at all and 3 small meals,on cutting back.u eat good foods,like if u cant get away from chips get low-calorie chips..(they are out there,i just finished eating some! lol) anyways,u can still eat till your fool,just dont go eating pizza and burgers and cookies constantly and try not to eat anything past 8 at night,later u eat,worse it is to eat. and try in your meals eat a vegetable like chicken and some mixed vegtables...or do like i did for dinner awhile ago..i ate a sub with like lettuce and ham and good stuff,and i ate this spicy soup with it has onions,and chicken (not fried,fried foods bad!!!!) peppers,tomatoes...stuff like that...i told u what i do,i hope it helped a little ive been going on this plan a little over a month and a half...i lost 7 pounds but gained some muscle!! lol...
