Hey everybody! I've been posting on here on and off for a few years now, and each time i have never fully committed myself to what i really want. IT's time now. My new inspiration, other than the fact that this is all for me, is the fact that I have a family reunion coming up in the middle of July, and I want to make a good impression, and first impression for most, since i know hardly none of them. So, by July, I want to have gone from a size 18/XL, to a 9 or so and a L/M shirt. I want to be from 220lbs to about 120-135...anywhere between there is a healthy weight for me. Not only do I need to lose the weight, I long to be healthy. I want to be fit as well when I go. I want to be able to where a two-peice comfortably without thinking im being laughed at. I plan to do this by dramatically changing my diet using the food pyramid, and start to eat healthy and in small portions. I am going to weight train with 5-10 pound weight sculpting my back arms, along with cruches and sit ups and running on our tredmil. Also, all liquids are going to be cut out of my diet, except water. I am going to be drinking nothing but water as of tomorrow. As soon as i buy a scale, i will start to keep a log. I know I can do this if i try. i think losing 85 lbs buy july is going to be really hard. Try losing like 40 or 50 lbs to start off at. I think that the plan that you described is great!! Good luck! By the way, I am 210lbs and 5'2 or '3. I am trying to lose a lot of weight too

I know how you feel but i just cant get away from nasty fatty foods!!!I always say i am never drinking soda again but i always do and i drink a lot of water but i stilll drink like one soda a day i think that is one thging i do good but the thing is that i drink diet coke so it is better than just regualr coke!!!!I want to fit in a bikini bythe summer that would be great!!! I just have tolose like 30-40 pounds and i am 5'5 and i weigh 169....... Rachel
