Hey everybody! I've been posting on here on and off for a few years now, and each time i have never fully committed myself to what i really want. IT's time now. My new inspiration, other than the fact that this is all for me, is the fact that I have a family reunion coming up in the middle of July, and I want to make a good impression, and first impression for most, since i know hardly none of them. So, by July, I want to have gone from a size 18/XL, to a 9 or so and a L/M shirt. I want to be from 220lbs to about 120-135...anywhere between there is a healthy weight for me. Not only do I need to lose the weight, I long to be healthy. I want to be fit as well when I go. I want to be able to where a two-peice comfortably without thinking im being laughed at. I plan to do this by dramatically changing my diet using the food pyramid, and start to eat healthy and in small portions. I am going to weight train with 5-10 pound weight sculpting my back arms, along with cruches and sit ups and running on our tredmil. Also, all liquids are going to be cut out of my diet, except water. I am going to be drinking nothing but water as of tomorrow. As soon as i buy a scale, i will start to keep a log. I know I can do this if i try.
