I just turned 17 i weigh 250..I really need help please
Reply from Sasha, Age 13 - 01/10/05 - IP#: 4.235.72.xxx well i think that you should eat 5 small meals a day like a gronola bar then you should excersise like ride a bike for 30 min a day also start with 20 crunches every morning and nite i do that and now i do 120 every morning and nite i am 13 and i used to weight 180 ponds guess how much i weight now ..... 152 and i have only been doin this for 10 dayz so dis really works good luck pray 4 me 2 i wanna look sexy 4 da 9th grade
Reply from kathryn, Age 17 - 01/10/05 - IP#: 80.131.78.xxx i tell you what-- you need to make a plan, and stick with it! I was all bumbed out too, cuz i really need to loose 40lbs. And even though i havent lost anything yet, i have a real plan, and im doing it with a friend too, which wil help keep me motivated. I am running for a solid hour twice a week, and have a tough bastketball training for an hour and a half twice a week, and then in my free time i (will) either swim or go to the gym. Im not saying you should do exactly that, cuz i dunno if it even works, but what you do need is a plan! So do some research and make one. Beleive me, it will make you feel so much better!! GOOD LUCK!
