didnt do to good eating today prolly had about um 1400 opps! basketball was today and yeah doing 800 crunches...but im kinda tired so i might only do 600 i know i know...haha byesame weight! im so mad...i havent lost in 3 days!!!

dont obsess over your weight....u hav 2 give your body more time 2 lose weight, if u expect 2 lose a pound every day u will hav trouble. Also, weighing your self through the week every single day can trouble people mentally...u could get discouraged(like now) and stop what u r doing. at the least, try 1nce a week on the same day. That will work better.

um- you really need to stop weighing yourself everyday- and you can't ecpect to lose weight everyday- give your body a week...it's not good for your mentality to weigh yourself everyday- you'll get way more discouraged because our bodies naturally fluctuate throughout the week. somdays we go up even if at the end of the week we'll be lower. so don't obsess- relax...
