PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND!!! ok, i want to know if i do the following stuff consistantly will i loose 40lbs by June/July of 2005? (dont worry, i already checked, and 40lbs is the perfect weight loss goal for me.) Ok, twice a week-jogging for a solid hour. Twice a week-tough basketball training for a solid hour and a half. Once a week, swimming. Everyday, 45pushups, 160 situps. Any im not going on a diet, i am jsut watching what i eat, staying on the healthy side you know? please please PLEASE tell me what you think!

yeah, it definitely is a good plan. you are going to make it, if you only stick to it!!!! good luck...

that sounds really good...but STICK TO IT! dont eat junk! well i wanna lose 26 lbs. atleast by june! i box for an hour and a half once a week and then i dance 2 hours a week plus around the house and i go on the tredmill for 45 minutes a day and im not on a diet either i just watch what i eat! but your plan sounds good focus more on the jogging so you can lose weight and then start toning your body.
