Hey, i know people say not eating is unhealthy but its the only way i seem to lose weight...if i skip breakfast and only drink at lunch and have like a salad at dinner i lose like 6 pounds...I feel so good about myself then i go and screw it up by eating something and i feel totally guilty and i make myself not eat again...anyone know how i can lose weight and be healthy...im not a good runner and i never have time for it anyways so if you have any other kind of excersizes like that i will be real happy ...arielle

You had better be careful, cuz what you are doign is starving yourself, so OF COURSE you will loose weight, but you will also loose your health, and it could even turn into Anorexia. Please be careful.
Reply from rachel, Age 13 - 01/11/05 - IP#: 68.37.14.xxx OMG i know how you feel.....i dont eat breakfast just have a drink at luncha nd aet like a salad at dinner......and i always screw it up by eating something and i start beginning to feel like i am a pig!!!!My friends are always like why dont you ever have lunch and i am like i dont eat it......but u dont lose weight rom it because i always screw it up on the end of the day and so i guess i am just going to stop and eat!!! you should start eating more because you need energy when you go somewhere and breakfast is the most importana meal of the day!!!! -Rachel-
