hey i have another question, Does anyone have any suggestions on what to eat healthy in the morning and i bring my lunch to school everyday with a small salad, and orange, and some crakers and stuff but i dont know what else to bring or something else. does any one have any suggestions on what to eat in the morning and lunch that i can bring with my salad? please respond thanks

bring a little cup of jello that u buy in the store. They only have 10 cals!! I love them. Also you could have wheat thins or triscuts. They are yummy

In the morning, eat really low fat yogurt. One thats under 150 calories, with a glass of water. Thats a great breakfast.
