hey, can anyone tell me how to boost my metabolism? i dont know if my metabolism is high or low..but i would like it to be the highest as possible. lol, well today i think i did bad because i had to eat in foods class this is what i ate today B: light and fit tougart and about 3 blackberries, S: Special K bar(90 cal), in foods (lunch) i ate some of 2 brownies we had to try, apple sauce and mac and cheese but it was small amount of mac and cheese, then did a mile on the tred mil and a mile on the eliptical, did ab workout and arms and legs. then got home and had about 4 blackberries and for dinner i am having spagettie, sauce, a meatball, and 2 pieces of light wheat toast with a little butter, then i might go play soccer..is this okay?

a great way to boost your matabilisum.. is to drink green tea.. trust me. . you should have a cup for breakfast lunch and dinner and you will loose up to 3-8 pounds in one week ..

you dont need the 2 peices of toast and butter. but other then that ur doing fine

Buy some workout tapes. They really help and they are really fun
