hey whats up is any body on right now cause i need some help right now. I need help on if I should run mile everyday or just go to the gym because my mom said that if i just runa mile everyday then i will have to tdo additioin exericizes which i dont know what exercizes to do. If i keep going to the gym then i will have to pay for it my self and i am broke as can be so if think of any other ways i can still work out for free and still have a good plan and my mom will aprove of it then just write back i would give you my e-mail but my dad and mom said i couldnt so if you have anything then write back please write back in the next 30 minutes

You can loose it if you put your mind to it.. and make sure you stick to healthy eating and dont say "ok im going to start my diet tomorrow"... because when i did that i just gained more weight..i lost 20 pounds in just one month all i did was eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week. try finding something that you like for exercising and change the exercise quite a bit or else you will get bored...and try eating lots of fruits and veggies to replace Junk food...and have smaller porsions... also drink atleast 3 BIG glasses of water or milk a day it will help you loose the weight (read it in a magazine).. i know that you can do it...I wish you the best of luck i have lots more tips or if you have anymore quetions and if you have a screename IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO or email me on sadams4@twcny.rr.com Abbz*

you should run every other day and go to the gym(or stay at home with some weights and exersizes working against your body weight)for strength training. either way you should be doing both...
