I descided to set goals for myself for three reasons: my b-day is in May, I'm going to high school nect year, and most importanly I'm tired of being overweight!!! Anyway my goals r: 1. It's hard to eat healthy at my school so from now on I'm just ordering the salad. 2. My parents ssay my biggest weight problem is eating a lot late a t night, so I'm not gonna eat oast nine. and 3. I am ptting a trendmill in the tv room so I can watch T.v. and still get a workout, has anyone tried these ideas? Do they work?

what day is ur b-day on? Mine is in may on the 27th
