whats a good way to slim thighs? are there any videos/excercises/machines etc. that help? thanks
Reply from Emma, Age 14 - 01/13/05 - IP#: 68.154.36.xxx Exersices for thighs: sit ups and curl ups(usuaslly work lower abs), leg lifts, jack knives ( curl ups with legs in air), squats (add weights for more effecincy), and jogging. Different sit ups work different lower body parts try sit ups with one leg crosed over the other this works the side really hard. Jogging is probably the most effective though because there is no way to mess up!
