Hey everyone! had b-ball 2day and it was really good.Anyway,im no good with diets so im kinda wantin ur opinion on what i usually eat.ok on school days i basically eat the same each day.breakfast-half a melon or a piece of toast and a banana,lunch-salad sandwhich(wholemeal bread)a carton of organic fruit juice and sometimes an apple or grapes.dinner(today)boiled potatoes and broccoli.oh i carry a 1litre bottle of water to school,to drink after p.e,basketball,netball.Im not actually on a diet but i was wondering if i should go on 1?Please help.oh yeah im kinda needin a bit of advice bout my friend cos they like fell out(split into two groups)and im stuck in the middle.i dont want to say what happened but if you think you can help jus leave you email and ill tell you bout it.AMAL

well wut ur doin now is good just add some crunches or curl ups to make it better dont go on a die tit is out da picture just do wut ur doin now wit some sit ups
